This assignment was completed in Second Year, First Semester. The project was to create a two piece outfit for Spring Summer. My choice of inspiration was Paddington Bear and Madeline with the idea of a rain jacket or coat and a dress underneath. The coat is bias bound so when the child is running around, the red stripes will show outside.
